I'm reducing my caffeine intake. Which teas should I drink?
We offer a variety of naturally caffeine-free elixirs and fasting teas. These include:

- Hibiscus Beauty Elixir
- Mint Herbal Tea
- Chaga Energy Elixir
- Reishi Calm Elixir
- Cinnamon Herbal Fasting Tea
However, there is no conclusive evidence showing that moderate consumption of caffeine is harmful. In fact, many studies point to the many health benefits of the caffeine found in tea, which has a different effect on the body than the caffeine in coffee.
If you're worried about the caffeine content in our black, green and white teas, you might be interested to know that tea contains an amino acid called l-theanine, which supports a calm and focused state, helping to counteract any of the "jitters" or crashes you might associate with caffeine, especially if you are a coffee drinker.
The caffeine in tea is also bound to catechins, which forms a larger molecule that takes longer for your body to break down and digest. This creates a time-released effect of caffeine unique to tea.
Unless you have a medical reason for avoiding caffeine, we suggest you starting your day with just one cup of black or Oolong tea and seeing how you feel.
