Do I have to have a Facebook account to participate in the Fasting Practice live Q&A's?

All of our Q&A’s will be done via our private Facebook group.

We understand that you may have concerns about Facebook. In this case, we suggest creating a Facebook account to join the Fasting Practice using an alias. You don’t need to share anything on the account. Consider it an extra, free email address or place where you can be reached and can reach others and share multimedia files! Use a photo of your pet as your profile :)

With that said, if you decide to not be on Facebook, please feel free to send your questions to teamakers@piquetea.com at least one full day before the live Q&A and we will do our best to have them answered during the live session. You will then be able to watch the recording through a Vimeo link a few days after. We will send you a link and password to access these videos for a limited time.
