Can I change or cancel my order?

It might be possible to change or cancel your order – if we are able to catch it before it begins processing in our fulfillment center. Please contact us immediately at teamakers@piquetea.com if you would like to change anything about your order and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

If we are unable to catch your order before it begins processing, you will be able to return through our Returns Center for a full refund or an exchange. We will provide you with a free return shipping label for all US orders.
