If your order is missing, we're very sorry this happened! Please follow these steps:
- Check the tracking information provided in the email to verify your order is not still on its way.
- Check with your neighbors or your property manager to make sure no one took it by accident.
- If you still can't find it, make sure to tell us you completed steps 1 and 2 so we can skip these steps when you contact us. Submit a request to teamakers@piquetea.com and include your phone number so that we may file a claim.
In most circumstances, we are able to quickly send a replacement. If you would like a refund instead, we will need to file the claim and receive the results from the carrier before proceeding.
