What are the health benefits of oolong tea?

Oolong tea is our "desert island" tea because if we could only drink one, this would be it! It's a semi-fermented tea (meaning it's somewhere between a black and green tea) and offers the best of both worlds. With equal amounts of catechins and theaflavins, oolong tea is gentler on the stomach for those who are sensitive and equally good for gut health and suppressing cravings! Oolong tea is also known for its ability to promote the malabsorption of fats, which means your body won't absorb as much dietary fat when you drink it.
