When should I drink tea?

For maximum health and energy benefits, we recommend the following daily tea routine: 

  1. Drink black and oolong teas in the morning. They provide the biggest caffeine boost for a focused, calm, energy (without the jitters!).
  2. Enjoy green and white teas with lunch and in the early afternoon. They are lower in caffeine and help support gut health and digestion.
  3. Consume herbal elixirs in the evening to help you unwind and relax after a long day so you can enjoy a deep, restful sleep.
