When you first start drinking tea, we recommend enjoying 1-2 cups per day and seeing how you feel for the first week or two. As you feel ready, you may want to gradually increase this amount, working your way up to 3-5 cups per day. This is the recommended amount to consume every day based on what studies show is necessary to experience tea's health benefits (including studies done by the Harvard School of Public Health).
