When you first start, we recommend drinking 1-2 cups per day and to continue for a week or two and see how you feel. You'll want to work your way up to 3-5 cups per day, as this is the recommended amount that studies (including by the Harvard School of Public Health) say we need to drink every day to experience benefits.
