Even if you are drinking large amounts of tea, it is important still to stay hydrated and drink lots of water.
We recommend drinking water first thing in the morning, ideally warm. Don't make the first liquid going into your body tea. Start with a glass of warm water as your body is badly craving the hydration after a night of rest and digest.
After you have hydrated first with warm water, start drinking tea. And remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day. If you'd like to hydrate with tea, use more water to dilute your tea. So instead of 8oz to a serving, try using 16oz or more.
