I signed up for a Challenge but don't see any emails.

Thank you for joining our Challenges! Congratulations on taking the first step to attaining radiant health!

We are posting all of the resources from the emails in the “Files” section on our FB Group (you’ll see it on the left when you’re in the group). 

If you've signed up to a Challenge but are not getting emails, please follow these steps:

1. Check Your Spam

If you are a newcomer to our challenges, our emails could easily have been sent to your spam. Check your spam folder to make sure they aren't going there. 

2. Add us to your Contacts or Address Book

Add teamakers@piquetea.com and jess@piquetea.com to your contact list. By doing so, your email service will not direct our emails to spam.

3. Sign Up (again) 

If you've checked your spam folder and still can't find our email, please sign up for the challenge again. About 4-6% of signups actually have typos or errors in their email addresses. We get it! You're busy :)

4. Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past?

If you have unsubscribed from any of our emails in the past, whether newsletters, recipes, special discounts, product launches or other challenges, you will not be able to get any more emails from us. You will have to sign up for the challenge using a new email address.

Sorry but there's nothing we can do about this as sending you emails to the same address would violate internet privacy regulations.
