I signed up for the Fasting Challenge but don't see any emails.

Our Fasting Challenge gives exclusive access to customers who have purchased our Fasting Teas. This includes any cartons or bundles that include our Matcha Green, Ginger Green, Bergamot Green, Bergamot Black, or Cinnamon Herbal Fasting Tea cartons. Only after you purchase one or more of these teas will you be prompted to sign up for the fasting challenge. 

If you've signed up for a challenge but have not received any emails, please follow these steps:

1. Check your SPAM and Promotions folders

If you are a newcomer to our challenges, our emails may have been sent to SPAM or Promotions. Check these folders to make sure they aren't going there by mistake!

2. Add us to your Contacts/Address Book

Add teamakers@piquetea.com and jess@piquetea.com to your contact list. Doing this will stop your email provider from sending our emails to spam.

3. Sign up one more time (just in case)

If you've checked your spam folder and still can't find our email, please sign up for the challenge again. About 4-6% of signups actually have typos or errors in their email addresses which could explain why your emails aren't arriving to your inbox. 

4. Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past?

If you have unsubscribed from any of our emails in the past--newsletters, recipes, special discounts, product launches, other challenges, etc.--this will prevent you from receiving any emails from us. You will need to sign up for the challenge using a different email address. 

We apologize that this is the only solution, as sending you emails to the unsubscribed email address would violate internet privacy regulations.
