If you're experiencing any troubles accessing your emails and materials for our next Challenge, follow these troubleshooting steps:
Our 2019 September 14-Day Fasting Challenge is our first challenge with exclusive access to our customers who have purchased our Fasting Teas. This includes any cartons or bundles that contain our Matcha Green, Ginger Green, or new Cinnamon Herbal Fasting Tea cartons. Only after your purchase will you be prompted with your sign up portal for the up-and-coming challenge.
If you've signed up to a Challenge but are not getting emails, please follow these steps:
1. Check your SPAM and Promotions
If you are a newcomer to our challenges, our emails could easily have been sent to SPAM or Promotions. Check these folders to make sure they aren't going there by mistake!
2. Add us to your Contacts or Address Book
3. Sign up one more time (just in case)
If you've checked your spam folder and still can't find our email, please sign up for the challenge again. About 4-6% of signups actually have typos or errors in their email addresses. We get it! You're busy :)
4. Have you unsubscribed from our emails in the past?
If you have unsubscribed from any of our emails in the past, whether newsletters, recipes, special discounts, product launches or other challenges, you will not be able to get any more emails from us. You will have to sign up for the challenge using a new email address.
Sorry but there's nothing we can do about this as sending you emails to the same address would violate internet privacy regulations.
