If your package is processed, fulfilled, or shipped, our team is unable to reverse a shipment or intercept a delivery in the hands of USPS' services. We recommend trying to avoid cancellations before checking out by reviewing your order ahead of time, but if this is not the case, a delivery is inevitable within 3-5 business days after an order is fulfilled. Our fastest and easiest solution in these cases are to start a return for a refund. You can begin this process by issuing yourself a prepaid return label through our Returns Center, and once we receive your unwanted package back, you will be automatically refunded upon their arrival.
