Cancellations and Wrong Address Requests

Cancellations and updated address requests must be done manually by our team through our customer service email, teamakers@piquetea.com

We hope to complete these requests before your order ships, but due to time zone differences, customer service hours, and warehouse shipping schedules, these requests cannot always be completed in a reliable fashion, and we are not responsible for wrong shipping addresses or cancellations that have already shipped. We recommend double checking your shipping information before checkout and making these requests right away, subjected "Cancel Order" or "Wrong Shipping Address" for the most immediate Pique care.
